Text therapy with a qualified professional

1 in 5 adults report an unmet need for emotional & psychological support.

We are here to help. Emote connects you with top-qualified professionals at a fraction of the cost of in-person therapy.

The Benefits of Text Therapy with Emote

Today, everything from grocery shopping to filing your taxes can be done online via a mobile app or text message. Therapy is no exception.

Through text therapy, a therapist can console, guide, or otherwise advise you as they normally would during in-person therapy—but at a moment’s notice.

When 1 in 5 Americans deal with a mental illness of some kind, accessibility is life-changing. By using online therapy platforms like Emote, a licensed therapist is ready to assist you ASAP.

Through text messaging, you can receive same-day replies, schedule virtual appointments, and communicate based on your comfort levels.

Get answers and emotional support in an instant.

As a telehealth service, text therapy provides much-needed relief at a moment’s notice. By scheduling a therapy session online, you always have a safe space to talk.

With Emote, you’re guaranteed a mindful, caring response from a qualified professional whose priority is your mental health.

Take your therapy on the go.

Traditional therapy can be effective, but it isn’t always practical.

With text therapy, you can reach out to a mental health professional from anywhere you are. You don’t have to take time off of work or call a babysitter. Just send off a quick text, and your therapist will be there for you.

Effective, affordable, and at your convenience.

Online therapy breaks down barriers and normalizes mental health care in a way people today are used to communicating: through text.

Plus, when you eliminate the extra expenses of in-person therapy (planning, commuting, waitlists), text therapy’s greatest strength is affordability. You can get the help you want as soon as you need it, all from the comfort of your living room and without breaking the bank.

Sense of safety and comfort.

By communicating through text messages, you’re also writing down your feelings. This is called writing therapy.

Writing has been long documented as an effective form of therapy, granting insight and empathy into our own thoughts. Text therapy does the same, except you’re cultivating a safe space your therapist can offer advice on.

Over time, this safe space will become a mental health aide, granting you the tools and expertise to handle life’s problems.

Reclaim your joy and plan a better, happier future.

In-person sessions can be scary. However, with messaging therapy, help is available at a moment’s notice, free of any perceived shame or judgment.

With the assistance of a licensed professional, your mental health journey is within reach. Through consistent online sessions, you can reclaim control over your life and improve your health based on the tools and strategies you develop during therapy.

With Emote, you don’t have to go it alone: Start today and, with the help of one of our top-tier therapists, you can begin building a brighter, healthier future.
